TITLE: Building Effective Organizational Relationships Supervisory RX (Supervisory Training)

DETAILS: This two-day program equips supervisors with the skill to build high quality of relationships in the workplace.  Using the Social Styles Inventory, participants are guided through 4 learning modules that culminate in the development of a personalized “Managerial Learning and Performance Improvement Plan.”
